As a first-time homebuyer, I had so many questions and concerns. Lorraine was always patient with my constant calls/ text messages. What she didn't know, she took time to research and get back to me. She never made me feel rushed. She always assured me it was okay to check out so many houses. She didn't want me to feel pressured to settle on a home in this competitive market but she was also honest when it came to helping me find one within my budget. After almost a year of searching, 18 open houses, and 5 rejected bids, we had 1 offer accepted! I've been living in my new home for about 8 months now and I'm so glad things worked out the way they did. I simply adore my new home!!!
